Hofan Chau 周可凡 , Artistic Director
Hofan Chau ( 周可凡) studied at the Jacques Lecoq School in Paris and the London International School of Performing Arts. She currently freelances as a director, performer and teacher in Hong Kong . Since her return, she has performed in productions with Theatre du Pif, Y-Space, 藝術人家, Robert Dance New York, and Blue Eyed Soul.
Since 2003, Hofan has been creating works under the Burnt Mango dance theatre collaborative. She received the Melvin B Troy Choreography Award for her dance solo about her near-death experience in a car-crash: Aftermath (with Cocoa). Her other pieces, include Diamond Baby (Poland, 2004), Craig & Miriam (London, 2005). In the past 16 months, she has directed Concrete Jungle Berzerk!, devised movement for (No)rwegian Wood, acted in The Foundling, and choregraphed/danced in New Dance Platform's Hallelujah.
可凡修業於倫敦國際演藝學院和巴黎Jacques Lecoq國際戲劇學院,現為自由身導演、表演者和教師。

Hin-yan Wong 黃衍仁
Hin-yan is a freelance performer who uses music as a medium for conversation, and records sound for live performance. He enjoys using video and music for social action, and playing in non-conventional public spaces. His musical work in the theatre includes On&On's , "The Doorgods of my Home" with Asian People Festival / Arthome, Kongtact Square's "Half and Half" and Burnt Mango's Hallelujah, "(No)rwegian Wood" and "Concrete Jungle Berzerk!"
Other creative work includes the documentary 《好聲行》(2008) and 《Sound out Loud, Cross the Unjust Line》(2005). He also recieved an award "What Are You Gonna Do?" in the ifva 2002 short film & video festival (youth category).
Hin-yan has also been responsible for the poster design of Burnt Mango's produciton in the past two years.

Haruka Ashida Ostley 芦田 悠
Haruka Ashida Ostley (芦田 悠) graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in painting. She moved to New York City shortly thereafter where she had intense training at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. During her time there, she performed the lead in Lolita, Blanche DuBoise, in A Streetcar Named Desire, and Prudence in Beyond Therapy. Her first New York debut outside of school was at Lincoln Center as a soprano singer / dancer in the Japanese Opera Haibo. She continued exploring different media and acted in various short films and was also cast as a main female voice-over for an on going educational series production.
Haruka moved to Hong Kong in the summer of 2006. Currently she works as an artist-in-residence at Yew Chung Education Foundation. There she directed several student performances and also wrote, filmed and directed a short film. Outside of her full time job, she also took a part in V-monologue 2007, made voice-overs for industrial commercials, and acted as Megumi in The Real Suzie and HKID with Red Room Productions.
Since year 2007, she has been working with Burnt Mango Dance Theatre and performed in Concrete Jungle Berzerk! (2008) She played the female lead, Naoko, in (No)rwegian Wood and directed The Foundling(2009).

Adrian Yeung 楊振業
Graduated from the University of Hong Kong in computer engineering, Adrian Yeung is a video designer and software engineer. He recent directed Burnt Mango's (No)rwegian Wood and acted in Concrete Jungle Berzerk! as well as Theatre du Pif's The Overcoat (`04 & `07)
His recent video works for theater include On&On's In the Solitude of Cotton Fields, Kearen Pang's Goodbye but Goodbye, Nonsensemakers' Popcorn, Theatre du Pif's e never forgets and Yeung Wai-mei's Spiritual Girl.
畢業於香港大學電腦工程系,現為錄像設計,亦有參與編導演工作。最近導演樹寧‧現在式單位主辦第二屆「新鮮‧新動力」藝術節的《挪威沒有森林》,演出 Burntmango《石屎森林》(08年)及進劇場《暖大衣》(04及07年)。錄像設計作品包括08年新視野藝術節《鯨魚背上的慾望》、森美小儀歌劇團《小孖俠》、香港藝術節《改造情人》、彭秀慧《再見不再見》、林偉源《外應 –創細記》、楊春江《靈丹》、梅卓燕李鎮洲舞蹈劇場《藍舞》、糊塗戲班《爆谷殺人狂》、進劇場《象從不遺忘》、楊惠美獨舞《捕捉流水》等。

Walter Leung 梁遠光
Walter graduated from the HKUST as a computer science major in 1998. In 2001-03, he went to Singapore, and graduated as the pioneer class of the Theatre Training and Research Programme (TTRP). He was awarded the Hong Kong Drama Scholarship from HKADC, and the Georgette Chen TTRP Scholarship Fund.
Walter directed and performed in On & On Theatre's Descendants of the Eunuch Admiral. His acting credits include Ending the World (Hong Kong Arts Festival 2006); The Tree of Action Named K (On & On); No Significant Abnormality Detected (On & On); Tian Gong Kai Wu: A Practical Guide to Imaginary Inventions (HK Arts Festival 2007).
As a drama educator, Walter taught at the workshop of iD Generation – Cosmo X. He also directed and tutored Crossing for the IDEA conference. He is a founding member of the Local Centre for Performance Research, and works as a freelance theatre practitioner and a tai-chi instructor.
畢業於香港科技大學電腦系 (1998)。2001 至 03 年赴新加坡實踐表演藝術學院深造,為「劇場訓練與研究課程」首屆畢業生。曾獲香港藝術發展局頒發香港戲劇獎學金,並獲 Georgette Chen TTRP Scholarship Fund 資助。編、導、演前進進劇場工作坊《鄭和的後代》。演出「劇場訓練與研究課程」《Water Station》、2006 年香港藝術節《世界末日的倒數》、前進進《伽傌葉‧前行動》、《N.S.A.D.無異常發現》及2007 年藝術節《天工開物,栩栩如真》。教育劇場演出包括前進進《宇宙連環圖》工作坊導師及IDEA2007 《渡》「天外天劇場」的導師和導演。近 3 年來,梁氏一直為浸會大學和香港科技大學主持身體和表演工作坊。現為自由身戲劇工作者及太極導師,亦是表演研究中心(香港)創辦成員。

李穎兒 Wynne Lee
Wynne attended the Drama School of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in 2002 and graduated with an advanced Diploma in performing arts (Drama) in 2006. She has performed in many Academy productions including My Father's Sword, Trojan Women, Roberto Zucco, Vision Party, Romeo and Juliet. Outside of school: Tai Bei Diving into the River and Tunnel of Love, etc. She has also appeared in movies, commercials and on TV. She is now a freelance theatre worker and drama educator. Wynne is glad to spread the gospel through drama in churches and on the streets, and to be a Web J of internet radio, Wax Duck.

齊釨湮 Josephine Chai
Josephine graduated from the Osaka Mode Gakuen Fashion Institute in Japan and from the Fashion Forum Design School in Paris. From her time in Paris, Josephine started performing to the public in amateur theatre groups. On her return to Hong Kong, Josephine studied with various master teachers in acting and dancing. Josephine now works as a freelance performer, spiritual consultant and painter. Her movie credits in Hong Kong include the feature film, Too Many Ways to be No. 1, etc.
釨湮畢業於日本 Osaka Mode Gakuen Fashion Institute 及法國巴黎 The Fashion Forum Design School,主修時裝設計,畢業時榮獲優異成績。早於在巴黎時,釨湮已開始與一班劇埸愛好者組成劇團,創作自編自導自演劇目作公開演出,返港後開始尋求 並隨各方面的大師學習。當中包括戲劇大師(詹端文和菲利普·高利亞等〉;舞蹈大師(楊惠美和吉本大輔等〉以及心靈精神大師(分別隨 Harry Palmer 習阿梵達、 Dr. James Wanless 習旅遊者塔羅、藍寧士博士習直覺等)。
2007年開始修讀美術學士學位課程。釨湮現為自由藝術創作者,工作包括表演藝術、繪畫藝術及心靈諮詢服務。電影作品有《一個字頭的誕生》、短片《瞳之獵人》、《愛。尋找》、《真假。對錯又如何》。劇場演出包括劇場空間《「尋找·新視野」舞台美學工作坊》作品集 I 、《Scenofest 舞台美學藝術節》(2007),以及在明日藝術機構講故事《狐狸孵蛋》。

Daniel Finkel
Daniel lives in Seattle, where he performs, improvises, and pursues his PhD in mathematics from the University of Washington . He is a founder of Quiet Monkey Fight Improv, which performed recently at the 2007 Toronto International Improv Festival. He has also performed at the Upright Citizen's Brigade Theater in New York and with Unexpected Productions in Seattle.
As a choreographer, Daniel recently combined mathematics and dance in I Found My Thrill, which premiered at the Breitenbush Contact Jam festival. Other pieces he has choreographed include the solo The Military Man's Tribunal's Decision Concerning the Matter in Question, which he performed, and Faithful in my Fashion, a trio. Daniel's acting / co-creation credits include Virtuosa with the Stolen Chair Theater Company in New York , Lord of the Flies at the Philadelphia Fringe Festival, and the UW Community Dance Project in Seattle.
Dan helped kick-start the Burnt Mango Production of Concrete Jungle Berzerk! (2008) as the co-director of the devising period.

Amy Tam 譚家敏
Amy Ka Man Tam, finished her 3 years full time training during 2005-2008
from The Theatre Training and Research Programme (TTRP) in Singapore. . She also graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) with a Bachelor ’s degree in Business Administration. In 2001, she co-founded the theatre
company Facial Corner and produced various original theatre productions. She was the Marketing director of the theatre company. Subsequently in 2003, she co-founded the HKUST Drama Alumni Association.
Ka Man has been involved in over 40 theatre, dance and choir performances since 1995, both on stage and as part of the production team. She has a strong passion for acting and also appeared in TV drama, commercials and short films. Ka Man has received the inaugural Hong Kong Drama Scholarship from the Hong Kong Federation of Drama Societies for her study in TTRP.
現為自由身全職劇場工作者,演員及導師。
家敏畢業香港科技大學工商管理系,於2005-2008在新加坡完成三年全日制的戲劇研究及訓練課程(TTRP),並獲得香港藝術發展局頒發,香港戲劇協會統籌的香港戲劇獎學金。
2001年,與友人共同創立劇團飛鬚角.非騷閣,2001-05為劇團的巿場總監,共製作7個不同類型的原創劇目,包括兒童劇,音樂劇,正劇, 喜劇等。2003, 成立香港科技大學戲劇校友會,為創辦人之一,目標成為大家交流戲劇的平台。
家敏自1995年起,以演員,舞者,歌者,監製,舞台監督,服裝及化裝設計等身份,參與接近40部製作,包括戲劇, 舞蹈,合唱團,與不同專業及業餘劇團合作。在2007-2008就讀TTRP期間,畢業製作包括:Hamlet Machine (日本導演Uichiro Fueda), The Divine Wind and Tears Lost in the Rain (巴西導演Leela Laniz), A Woman Alone (自導獨幕劇), Attempts on Her Life (英國導演Phillip B. Zarrilli). 並在TTRP接受西方及亞洲劇場專業訓練,包括京劇,日本能劇,印尼Wayang Wong, 印度Kutiyattam, 古代希臘劇場,沙士比亞劇場,聲音,形體,Suzuki Method, Biomechanics,太極,劇場技術等等。
家敏熱愛演出,分別以英語及普通話參演新加坡電視劇集,電視廣告, 商業宣傳及短篇電影。家敏亦為戲劇導師,曾在新加坡TCA College, School of Creative Arts, 及City Harvest Church任教戲劇。

Joshua Wolper
Joshua Wolper has performed in various theatre and film productions. He made his Hong Kong stage debut in The Foundling (Fringe Theatre) . He was also a choreographer/performer in Hallelujah, a vocal/movement piece inspired by the Leonard Cohen song (performed at New Dance Platform 2009), and Distant Frontiers; an independent science fiction film produced by Sky Monkey Films. He studied at both the Actors Center of San Francisco and the Black Nexxus Studio in New York City. Joshua is also a writer, and teaches acting and creative writing.
曾參演多個劇場和電影作品。於藝穗會上演的《The Foundling 》為萃華在港首次登場演出,又為「自主舞蹈創作平台 2009 」以Leonard Cohen 的歌曲為靈感的歌唱/形體作品《Hallelujah》擔任編舞及演員,並參演了Sky Monkey Films 的獨立科幻電影《Distant Frontiers》。於 Actors Center of San Francisco 及紐約的 Black Nexxus Studio 深造。除創作劇本外,亦教授戲劇和創意寫作。

Andrew Huang
Andrew Huang, 14 years old, is now studying at Chinese International School, and is very excited to be in this show. He has always had an interest in acting and performing, and starred in his first ever theatre production when he was 8. He has been an active member in Hong Kong's youth performance scene since 2007, when he was a dancer in YAF's 100% Red. He has recently starred in Red Room Production's HKID, FACE Production's Grease and Romeo & Juliet, and YAF's Arts in The Park.

Victor d'Aquino 杜維德
After 27 years designing in the high-strung fashion and jewellery industry, Victor gave up his business for a more leisurely lifestyle, where he now pursues his interests in art and Tai Chi Chuan. He was in Burnt Mango's Production of Concrete Jungle Berzerk!
在令人神經緊張的時裝、珠寶業從事設計經過 27 年後,維德為過較悠閒的生活,毅然放棄事業,現正追求對藝術和太極拳的嗜好。

Ken Wong 海浪 ( 黃敬容 )
Ken likes to enjoy nature with his family, especially loves windsurfing in the sea. He was in Burnt Mango's Production of Concrete Jungle Berzerk!

Cici Wong 小花狗 (黃亭陶)
Cici is eleven years old and her birthday is on December 27th. She loves wearing headbands. She dreams of flying and befriending herself with two Cantonese speaking animals: a horse with wings and a kitty. She was in Burnt Mango's Production of Concrete Jungle Berzerk!

Julia Yevnine
Julia Yevnine's strong background in physical theatre and devising comes from her training at Ecole Internationale de Theatre Jacques Lecoq in Paris and the London International School of Performing Arts (LISPA). Among her teachers were Jos Houben, of Théâtre de la Complicité/Right Size Theatre; Director Paola Rizza of Théâtre Sans Toit; and Thomas Prattki of Mummenschanz.
Julia spent 4 years in Paris as a member of the Théâtre de l’Imprimerie, working with actor-director Charles Gonzales. She also spent two seasons working under the direction of Agnes Delume. In London, she has created and worked with Compagnie Les Planches as an actor-devisor on their original creation “Barbe Bleue.” She also worked with Steve Jackson, the director of Point Blank, in “An Evening With Psychosis”. Her latest collaboration is "The Valkyries," with Company Reflexion, due to be shown at Festival Tis Anixis in Athens, Greece.
Julia was with BurntMango for Craig & Miriam (2006) .

Juan Ayala
After finishing his studies in architecture, Juan dove into the theatre world. For 5 years he was part of THEIPUM, a company of actors-creators. Juan then further specialized in physical theatre while living in Paris (Ecole Internacional de theatre Jacques Lecoq, Hippocampe mime-corporel) and later in London (LISPA).
In 2001 he founded Colectivo DeCollage, a theatre group which aims to bridge formal abstraction and the stage. Colectivo DeCollage has had shows in Paris, Venice, and will have one this year in Madrid. Juan has also being working for several companies such as: Atlas Theatre (Paris), Luis Torreao (Paris), Emma Bernard (London), and the Counterweight Theatre (UK). At the moment he is living in Barcelona, working as a set designer for Marc Angelet. In his work Juan combines performing and directing.

Oliver Hsu
Cellist Oliver Hsu began his musical training early in his childhood, but did
not discover his true passion for music until entering Swarthmore College, where
he forwent a degree in engineering in order to minor in music (along with a
major in computer science).
Oliver considers collaboration with other artists to be
a defining element of his enjoyment of music. In addition to his work as a
chamber musician, he has also partaken in projects involving other fields of
art, such as providing live music for "Aftermath (with Cocoa)" (2003) as well as other performances in the Dance Department at Swarthmore College, and recording music for a short movie in 2005 as part of a collaborative effort between a group of aspiring actors, playwrights, directors, and musicians, all at the time residents of the same building in New York City.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Cello Performance and Music Theory at Mannes College of Music in New York City, Oliver is studying with cellist Paul Tobias and theorist Carl Schachter. He also teaches cello at the Bryn Mawr Conservatory in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
