Hofan studied at the London International School of Performing Arts & Jacques Lecoq School in Paris . She is currently freelancing as a director, performer and teacher in Hong Kong . In the past year, she has performed in The Overcoat with Theatre du Pif, Air & Breath II with Y-Space and << 我家有個大門神>> with 亞洲民眾戲劇節協會 & 藝術人家 .

In 2003, Hofan received the Melvin B Troy Choreography Award for her dance solo about her near-death experience in a car-crash: Aftermath (with Cocoa ). Her other pieces, include Diamond Baby, which was performed in the XIV Contemporary Dance Festival 2004 in Poland, and Craig & Miriam, performed in London. Earlier this year, she wrote and directed an original script called The Three Dom-dom Pigs Save the Star Tower for the Hong Kong Schools' Drama Festival.

Daniel Finkel

Daniel lives in Seattle, where he performs, improvises, and pursues his PhD in mathematics from the University of Washington . He is a founder of Quiet Monkey Fight Improv, which performed recently at the 2007 Toronto International Improv Festival. He has also performed at the Upright Citizen's Brigade Theater in New York and with Unexpected Productions in Seattle.

As a choreographer, Daniel recently combined mathematics and dance in I Found My Thrill, which premiered at the Breitenbush Contact Jam festival. Other pieces he has choreographed include the solo The Military Man's Tribunal's Decision Concerning the Matter in Question, which he performed, and Faithful in my Fashion, a trio. Daniel's acting / co-creation credits include Virtuosa with the Stolen Chair Theater Company in New York , Lord of the Flies at the Philadelphia Fringe Festival, and the UW Community Dance Project in Seattle

Hin-yan is a freelance worker, musician/improviser. He participates in social action with images, music and enjoys experimenting with public space in different ways.

His composing credits for theatre include On & On Theatre’s 《了了》and The God of the Door for my House with Asian People's Theatre Festival Society & Art Home.

His other works include composing for Anti-WTO CD, Sound out Loud, Cross the Unjust Line (2005) and a performance in What Are You Gonna Do? , which won a gold award in the ifva 2002 short film & video festival (youth category)

Graduated from the University of Hong Kong in computer engineering, Adrian Yeung is a video designer and software engineer. His recent video works for theater include Kearen Pang's Goodbye but Goodbye, Nonsensemakers' Popcorn, Theatre du Pif's e never forgets and Yeung Wai-mei's Spiritual Girl.

Adrian also performed in Theatre du Pif's The Overcoat (`04 & `07), wrote and directed Nonsensemakers' Coolie Zoolie (Polar Bear).

Haruka graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in Painting. She moved to New York City shortly thereafter and trained at Stella Adler Studio of Acting. Her New York debut was at Lincoln Center as a soprano singer / dancer in the Japanese Opera Haibo.Haruka continued exploring different media, acted in various short films and was also cast as a lead female voice-over for an on going educational series production.

Moving to Hong Kong in the summer of 2006, Haruka currently works as an artist-in-residence at Yew Chung International School. Her recent stage performances include V-monologues, Red Room Productions' The Real Suzie and HKID.

Walter graduated from the HKUST as a computer science major in 1998. In 2001-03, he went to Singapore, and graduated as the pioneer class of the Theatre Training and Research Programme (TTRP). He was awarded the Hong Kong Drama Scholarship from HKADC, and the Georgette Chen TTRP Scholarship Fund.

Walter directed and performed in On & On Theatre's Descendants of the Eunuch Admiral. His acting credits include Ending the World (Hong Kong Arts Festival 2006); The Tree of Action Named K (On & On); No Significant Abnormality Detected (On & On); Tian Gong Kai Wu: A Practical Guide to Imaginary Inventions (HK Arts Festival 2007).

As a drama educator, Walter taught at the workshop of iD Generation – Cosmo X. He also directed and tutored Crossing for the IDEA conference. He is a founding member of the Local Centre for Performance Research, and works as a freelance theatre practitioner and a tai-chi instructor.

Josephine Chai

Josephine graduated from the Osaka Mode Gakuen Fashion Institute in Japan and from the Fashion Forum Design School in Paris. From her time in Paris, Josephine started performing to the public in amateur theatre groups. On her return to Hong Kong, Josephine studied with various master teachers in acting and dancing. Josephine now works as a freelance performer, spiritual consultant and painter. Her movie credits in Hong Kong include the feature film, Too Many Ways to be No. 1, etc.

Karina practices and teaches movement and expressive arts education. Her passion is the journey into self – witness to the unfolding depth and playfulness of our being. Karina is a graduate of the Tamalpa Institute in San Francisco , California .

Karina guides movement-based workshops that incorporate the expressive arts – improvisational movement/dance, voice and dialogue, drawing, witnessing and performance - to help people see and understand themselves in new ways that are fun and transformative. Karina believes strongly in the power of group process in giving permission to a great freedom and understanding - we are not alone in the struggle for self-exploration and acceptance.

Formerly an award winning documentary host and producer for Hong Kong television station TVB, Karina came to movement-based healing work through her own personal battle with bulimia. After several years of shame, judgment and abuse of her body, movement arts gave Karina to a new possible: a freedom to just be - nothing more, nothing less. As the great pioneer in movement therapy Mary Starks Whitehouse often said - “no praise, no blame” – movement is our primary language, and our personal dance is our own creative way into deep healing.
